When you chose to train at East Bay Pilates, you make a commitment and so do we. Your personal wellness goals become ours and we work along with you tirelessly to help you reach your target and beyond.
Before your first session, you will have a chance to talk with your instructor so that you are both prepared for your first studio session.
Anyone new to East Bay Pilates, even with previous Pilates experience, begins with a minimum of 10 individual sessions (You can start with our introductory offer of three discounted sessions). During these sessions we will address your initial questions about your Pilates practice and you will experience the foundational principles of Pilates training.

You may continue having individual one-on-one sessions for your Pilates practice. People often find it beneficial to have a split between some solo sessions, and some duets or trios.
Once you feel comfortable with the foundational principles of Pilates training, you will probably also feel ready to work alongside one or two other students.
